The court started a dispute of women with courage and a gun for a place in line at a store, the prosecutor’s office announced.
The incident occurred on June 10, 2020. The PA victim was in a store on zh.k. “Druzhba”, Sofia. He was at one of the store’s cash registers to pay for his purchases, when at one point the defendant VV approached him and rudely told him to stand aside, which the victim did. Then VV told him in an aggressive tone that he had to move in the other direction. The victim responded to treat her with a softer tone.
After exiting the store, PA walked to his car. As he left, he saw VV in the parking lot in front of the store with an older woman and a man. PA had a brief conversation with them, pointing out that they might have treated her culturally. At that moment, the defendant VV approached the victim, grabbed her by the hair and began to pull her. A nearby witness stepped in and tore them apart. The defendant then loaded a gas signal pistol, pointed it at PA and, insulting her, said: “I will kill you!”
Seeing the gun pointed at her, PA was scared and at one point thought the defendant would shoot her. The man, who was with the defendant and the old woman, threw VV to the ground and took his pistol, which was his.
In the case, a pre-trial process was initiated, in the course of which a “monetary guarantee” restraint measure was taken against the defendant VV. The case against him is pending in court.
