Ziyadin Sela, president of the Alliance of Albanians (AA), Albania’s largest opposition party in the Republic of North Macedonia (RSM), has demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani and the Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs Nikola Dimitrov. Republic Edition.

According to the politician, the prime minister cannot sign an agreement with Bulgaria and then not implement it, and that is why logically he has faced another veto at the beginning of the negotiations, this time from Sofia, reports FOCUS.

“Today’s press conference was called on the occasion of the latest failure of DUI (Democratic Union for Integration) and SDSM to become a member of the European Union. We have said many times that the goal of the country is to join the EU. But now we are faced with a reality in which we are faced with a Bulgarian veto. The Zaev and Ali Ahmeti government failed to start negotiations with the EU for the sixth time, and this time they failed even on some of the most important criteria, such as good neighborliness and regional cooperation. They failed due to Zaev’s fraudulent policy and faced the Bulgarian veto. Zaev cannot follow a policy in which he signs contracts without implementing them, as is the case with the Treaty with Bulgaria. “Those responsible for what happened have a first and last name, and these are Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, Foreign Minister Buyar Osmani and Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs Nikola Dimitrov,” Sela said.

The AA leader said he sees the solution to the situation in forming a broad government and holding parliamentary elections alongside local ones.

“The friendship agreement with Bulgaria failed. Zaev, Osmani and Dimitrov to resign,” stressed Zyaidin Sela.
