A young teacher at Geo Milev primary school in Sadovo turned out to be one of the latest victims of the coronavirus in Bulgaria.
Reporter in Plovdiv24.bg contacted the school principal, Reneta Valcheva, who confirmed the devastating news.
Georgi Terziiski was 33 years old, married and had a young son. He went to the hospital a few weeks ago and had a positive PCR test. Ms. Valcheva told our media that she had heard from the young teacher regularly and that at first he did not complain of severe symptoms.
Everyone at the school was very attached to Georgi Terziiski, who taught English. The news of his sudden death was taken very seriously by both his classmates and his students.
“We are inconsolable at the moment. There are no other cases of coronavirus in the school, neither among teachers nor among students. The learning process is normal. We are saddened and refuse to accept the loss of Georgi Terziiski, a young and good smiling and a professional loved by all “. “Our thoughts and prayers are with her family,” commented Ms. Valcheva.
