The last matches of the 5th round of the Nations League were played last night. Once again we witnessed curious confrontations on the lands of the Old Continent. Without a doubt, the greatest interest from the Bulgarian fans was provoked by our national team’s match against Finland, which, however, we lost 1: 2. At the same time, in our group Wales defeated the Republic of Ireland 1: 0.

In the most interesting match of the night, Belgium beat England 2-0. With the same result, Italy defeated Poland in the other key “A” league match. Earlier in the day, the Netherlands won 3-1 over Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey won 3-2 against Russia.
