More than 60,000 are currently active with coronavirus, 7% are in hospital; all the others have been treated by GPs. This was stated in the morning block of BNT by the president of the association of general practitioners Assoc. Prof. Lyubomir Kirov.
Adjunct professor Kirov also responded to infectious disease specialist associate professor Atanas Mangarov, who stated that GPs “should stop using telephone medicine.”

“Rapid antigen tests should be introduced in the first line. Of course, if they are recognized as official, there will be many more infected and sick,” said the president of the association of general practitioners.
“If pharmacies want people to die for them, let them say ‘no’ to prescriptions,” said the expert.
“No corridors, no restrictions: people have to wear masks and observe measurements,” concluded associate professor Lyubomir Kirov.
