Deaths infected by coronavirus for the first time for the first time are more than 100, and the percentage of infected of those controlled exceeds 43% according to data from the Unified Information System. There are 106 of them, and their total number since the beginning of the epidemic is 1771.

The number of newly infected is 3,816, with 8,826 tests carried out. The total number of virus carriers so far is 78,976, with 804,254 tests carried out. There are 51,922 active cases. During the last 7 days, the growth of new cases is 11%.

For the first time in the last 24 hours, more than 40% of those analyzed tested positive, in this case 43.23%.

The number of patients admitted to the hospital has increased by 182 in the last 24 hours and is now 4004. There are 270 people in intensive care units, two less than yesterday.

Most of the new cases continue to occur in Sofia (2013), Plovdiv (392) and Varna (220), as is the situation since Sunday.

875 people were cured in the last 24 hours and 25,283 since the start of the epidemic.

Note: Only infected people are informed that they have received a positive PCR test in one of the state-approved laboratories. After October 13, statistics report that all infected people (of whom the authorities have information), whose 14-day quarantine has expired, have been cured, without further investigation.
