“It was reported in the media that the Supreme Court of Belgrade had decided that the preconditions for my extradition had been met almost a month ago. Here I would like to make the following clarification. First, I generally do not comment on the decisions of the courts, but out of interest, I will first say not to confuse the Supreme Court with the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is like the Sofia Municipal Court. Such decisions are being appealed to the Court of Appeal. This was revealed by the exiled banker Tsvetan Vassilev on the “EuroDicoF” program, which is broadcast on Eurocom TV. He joined via Skype from Belgrade.
“The Supreme Court decides on the very formal part of the extradition request, that is, that I am not a Serbian citizen, that the offense for which Bulgaria is seeking me is not covered by Serbian law, that the offense for which Bulgaria is seeking me seeks is not with a previous statute of limitations. After that, I would like to add that the decision is quite contradictory, because in practice this is the third positive decision for meeting the preconditions on the charges, which no longer exists in the practice, “added Vassilev.

According to Tsvetan Vassilev, Boyko Borisov is holding Ivan Geshev with compromising material, which is his trump card.
“Agreements by telephone, which were obtained with the SRS, for the people who are now in custody, there was talk of ending the process. This is the reason why Plamen Georgiev refused to appoint him chief prosecutor, and there is talk of some orgies from his filming (directed by Ivan Geshev). A person full of complexes and obviously very comfortable with them, ”said the banker. “His memories of how Tsatsarov, elected by his votes, suddenly forgot his promises, are very recent,” Vassilev said of Boyko Borissov.

The one who controls Tsatsarov and the one who now controls Geshev. Peevski is the face of the center, but I dare not say that he is the only one”, said the exiled banker.
“Peevski is known to act. Peevski is a mobster, he cheated on me first. He came to me with demands that may have exceeded a billion. As soon as I refused, they immediately started the attack. The bad thing is that he did not foresee the attack. will start in this Hollywood setting with murder charges. I know that an arrest warrant has been prepared for me. I know of people I cannot put at risk now, “Vassilev recalled, then added that according to him, if he returns to Bulgaria, means that Peevski will sue him. He continues to believe that he will be liquidated in Bulgarian custody if he gets there, and will return in other circumstances, to another court to prove his innocence, but also to those guilty, according to him, of the bank collapse, to be sanctioned.
