Manchester United lost to Istanbul Bashekshehir 1-2 in a Champions League Group H match, played at the Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadium.
The ‘Red Devils’ conceded a goal early after Demba Ba (13′) scored at the start of the match, which is a historic first goal for the Turkish club in the tournament of the rich. At the end of the first half, Edin Vyscha (40 ‘) doubled, but soon after Anthony Marcial (43’) brought Manchester back into the game. In the end, however, this did not lead to anything significant and Istanbul Basekshehir congratulated themselves on their first Champions League victory.
