The warmest days with temperatures above 16 degrees are usually in the first half of the month, and at the end of November the probability of temperatures close to zero increases significantly.
In November this year, the average monthly temperature in most areas will be around the norm, and in those with more fog, usually the lower parts of the terrain, it will be slightly below it, 7 to 12 degrees. Rainfall will be below climatic norms.
After the cold of late October, November will begin with cold and mostly sunny weather, with conditions for short-lived morning fogs. It will be cloudy with rains around November 5 and 6.
In the period from November 8 to 16 the weather will be sunny with temporary clouds. The mornings will be cool and in the valleys with reduced visibility.
The lowest temperatures expected in the high western fields and in places in Dobrogea are up to 3.5 degrees, and daily temperatures will reach 10.15 degrees.
Rains and cooling are expected from November 17 to 20, when daily temperatures in the settlements will reach 7 – 13 degrees.
New precipitation and a significant drop in temperatures are expected around midnight, when the high fields of the western regions will also receive snow. From the 27th to the end of the month, autumn rains will be common, with heavier rains around November 29.
The first snowfalls are expected in the settlements from November 28 to 29.
