The tests carried out in the last 24 hours are 7259. To date, a total of 721,959 PCR tests have been carried out in the country.
The total number of deaths after the coronavirus infection is 1,279, and the deaths on the last day are 25. A total of 166 patients were admitted to the country’s intensive care units. The total number of hospitalized for coronavirus is 2,612.
Those cured in the last 24 hours are 168. Their total number is 20,045.
Since the registration of the first coronavirus infections in March, the number of confirmed cases in Bulgaria has reached 52,844, including 31,520 active ones.
The percentage of positive samples is close to 25%. Most of the new cases are again in Sofia: 740, followed by Plovdiv with 136 and Varna with 114 cases.
