EU countries will receive vaccines against Kovid-19 at the same time, said the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, after a videoconference of European heads of state and government.
He added that by the end of the year, the commission is expected to propose a common form for travelers, on the basis of which to track down those infected. According to her, 22 EU countries will have mobile tracking apps by the end of November and she insisted that this data be connected as soon as possible.

Von der Layen called for a real-time exchange of comprehensive data on the development of the epidemic in the EU.
