Fresh bacon will help strengthen the immune system and cope with various diseases, which is especially important in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. This was stated by the Ukrainian nutritionist and geneticist Lyudmila Goncharova.

In Ukraine, bacon is recognized as a national dish, but this product is not lacking on all Bulgarian tables, especially during the winter season.

He recalled that during the cold season, the body especially needs animal fats, which will help fight viruses, and vitamins A and E will help strengthen the immune system. She gave her favorite “fatty food” as an example.
