A new record of 2,760 coronavirus cases has been identified in Bulgaria. This means that the number of people infected by COVID-19 in our country per day has increased compared to Tuesday, when they were also a record, 2569. For the third consecutive day in our country it has crossed the nightmare limit of more than 2000 infected per day.
It should be noted that the PCR tests performed on Wednesday were 9,946, while on Tuesday they were 11,226.
Unfortunately, the bad news does not end there and in the last 24 hours there have been 36 deaths from coronavirus, reports the Unified Information Portal. Thus, the total number of victims became 1197. We remind you that on Monday there was a new horrifying black record in the number of K-19 deaths per day for our country – 43, and on Tuesday it was 25.
In the last 24 hours, 216 were cured. The patients in our country are already 45,461, the active cases are 25,105.
A total of 19,159 people were cured. 2316 people were hospitalized, 162 were in the intensive care unit.
