The average monthly temperature is expected to be around and below the norm, which for northern Bulgaria and the Upper Thrace lowlands is between 5 and 8 degrees, for the high fields – between 3 and 5, along from the Black Sea coast and the Struma river valley, between 8 and 10, in the mountains. areas – minus 5 to 3 degrees.
Precipitation will be around and above the norm, which for most of the country is between 40 and 70 l / m2, in the southern and mountainous regions, between 60 and 90 l / m2.
The lowest temperatures during the month will be between minus 7 and minus 2 degrees, highest on the Black Sea coast and the highest, between 17 and 22 degrees.
November will start with mostly cloudy and cool weather, in places with light rain, in the mountains more than 1500 m from the snow. For November 3 and 4, the temperatures will rise. The weather will be mostly sunny, in the morning there will be fog in some parts of the plain. During the second half of the period, the clouds will be significant. It will rain again in many places. Temperatures will drop.
During the first days of the second ten days the temperatures will be close, and in the second half of the period lower than usual. Cloudy weather will prevail. Often there will be rain, in the mountains, snow. Between the 17th and 18th, temperatures will drop significantly in the Fore-Balkans and in the high fields the rain will turn to snow.
During the third decade, temperatures will be lower than usual. It will be mostly cloudy, on the plains and foggy. The rains will be common. Temperatures are expected to rise mid-period.
