Other measures are being introduced, which will be valid for two weeks from Thursday
The state is introducing new measures against the coronavirus. Tonight, the Minister of Health issued an order suspending all classes he attended in secondary schools and universities. Discos, bars and nightclubs are closing across the country. The new measures come into effect from Thursday, October 29, and will last for two weeks until November 12.
These are the new measures that are being introduced:
– For two weeks, face-to-face classes in high school classes and in universities are terminated.
– Extracurricular activities are stopped, as well as entertainment, language schools and educational centers.
– A limit of 30 people is introduced for seminars, exhibitions and other events.
– In theaters, cinemas and concerts the audience is reduced to 30%
– Sports events both indoors and outdoors will be without public. An exception is allowed for the Sofia International Tennis Tournament, but the audience will be seated in two seats.
– Bars, discos and night clubs – also closed for two weeks.
– There can be a maximum of 6 people at a table, and the distance between the backs of the chairs at two adjacent tables must be at least 1.5 meters.
