All high school students will study online from Thursday, October 29 to November 12. This follows from the latest order of the Minister of Health, Prof. Kostadin Angelov.
It also suspends the attendance process at universities.
Extracurricular activities, training in language schools and educational centers are also suspended, with the exception of activities of interest and activities for the little ones.
Nightclubs, piano bars, and discos are closing, and strict measures are being introduced for restaurants and bars.

From October 29, for 14 days (that is, until November 12), with the Order днес РД-01-626 / 27.10.2020 issued today, the Minister of Health introduces the following measures against the epidemic in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria:
– Face-to-face classes are terminated for students in secondary education;
– The current educational process in higher education establishments is terminated;
– Extracurricular group activities and activities in the face-to-face environment are stopped, as well as face-to-face classes in language centers, educational centers, study centers and others, organized by legal entities and individuals. Exceptions are allowed for activities of interest and activities for students in elementary and lower secondary education;
– Face-to-face classes are terminated at the personal development support centers;
– It is allowed to hold congresses-conferences, seminars, exhibitions and other attending public events with the participation of no more than 30 people;
– Cultural and entertainment events (theaters, cinemas, stage events, concerts, dance classes, creative arts and music) are allowed with an occupancy of up to 30%;
– Collective and individual sporting events are held with training and competitive character indoors and outdoors without the public. An exception is allowed for the Sofia Open 2020 international tennis tournament, as the spectator accommodation is at least two seats;
– Visits to discos, piano bars, night bars, clubs, etc. are suspended. similar nightclubs for indoor entertainment.
– Catering and entertainment establishments (restaurants, fast food establishments, drinking establishments, cafes and bars, except nightclubs) must provide a distance of 1.5 m between the backs of the closest chairs of two tables. No more than 6 people per table.
– Owners and managers of public, commercial, administrative facilities and other sites that provide services to citizens must establish an organization not to allow more than 1 person for every 3 square meters on the site;
– The organization of excursions and group visits to tourist places is suspended;
– In all outdoor and indoor markets, markets and bazaars, an organization is created for one-way traffic and providing a distance of 1.5 m between visitors. Workers and visitors must wear a protective mask;
– The same order establishes that the suspension of the planned admission in the areas of the red and orange zone does not apply to rehabilitation activities, long-term treatment and psychiatric care.
