Nikolay Vassilev saw Borissov withdraw from managing next year’s budget – Economy

The projected budget is disappointing for me as an economist, it is a pre-election budget and a chaotic waste budget. It will distribute many billions, which, however, will not be covered by budget revenues, and so will the people who no longer intend to govern, that is. Borisov distributes as if it were the last time. This was stated in the morning block of bTV by former Economy Minister Nikolay Vassilev in relation to the budget project for 2021.

According to him, the budget for next year should focus on medical expenses related to the coronary crisis and support for the part of the business that suffered the most as a result of the pandemic.

The former minister added that raising the foreign debt by another BGN 10 billion in recession years is not the best solution and this will leave the next cabinet with debts and deficits.
