A goal in the last seconds of added time tripped “Ludogorets” at the home of “Tsarsko Selo”. The match in Razgrad ended 1: 1, as the guests secured the point after a goal from Lachezar Baltanov.
Previously, Ihinho Marin scored from a penalty awarded in the first half. In the end “Ludogorets” got the right to perform another 11 meter kick, but Claudiu Kesheru fired over the gate.
The draw did not allow the Razgrad team to take the lead in the standings. After eight games, Ludogorets has 17 points and is behind one of the leaders, Lokomotiv (Plovdiv). “Tsarsko Selo” is fifth with 13.
The match was the first for the new addition of Bulgarian champion Kiril Despodov. The former CSKA striker, who is on loan to Razgrad until the end of the season, appeared in the match at the start of the second half.
Instead, Svetoslav Dyakov, who was left out of the Europa League, led Ludogorets with the captain’s armband. He played throughout the match and coach Pavel Varba decided to stay with some of the players before hosting Antwerp on Thursday.

At first, the chances for both teams were slim. Ludogorets took the lead when Ihinho scored a penalty for playing with Ivan Bandalovski’s hand. Tsarsko Selo responded with a dangerous header from Panayotis Luka late in the first half.
At the beginning of the second half, the guard of the capital team Johnny Placid made good saves. Despodov’s good progress ended with an infraction in the penalty area and “Ludogorets” received a second penalty, but Kesheru did not manage to end the intrigue in the match.
In minute 94 “Tsarsko Selo” tied with the last action of the match. Ivaylo Markov crossed from the left and Baltanov intercepted with his head.
