With a decision of the Municipal Operational Headquarters for the Prevention of the Spread of COVID-19 in the Municipality of Stara Zagora, new anti-epidemic measures are introduced. This was announced by the institution’s press center. As of today, the use of personal protective equipment is mandatory in the municipal administration building.
Employees will have access only from the north entrance of the building. The use of elevators will only be done with personal protective equipment. The facilities of the Service and Information Center, the local tax and tax offices and the town halls of the settlements will be thoroughly disinfected in the morning, before the start of the work process with citizens and at 1:30 p.m., with a break of 10 minutes into the work process. .
The service will be performed one by one at the counter, and the order will be observed from the outside at the required distance. Until the second order, the access of citizens is suspended on the reception days – Tuesday and Thursday, in the offices. The employees will attend to the visitors in the atrium of the municipality of Stara Zagora after a telephone connection with the respective employee.
In urban and interurban transport vehicles, the handles and the floor will be disinfected at each final stop. Citizens using the covered areas on the territory of the “Stara Zagora Bus Station” must wear personal protective equipment.
Surfaces, floors, door handles and seats will be disinfected in the waiting room at least four times during working hours, as well as regular ventilation of the premises. On the territory of all covered municipal sports halls, cultural institutes (theaters, opera, museums, libraries) and retirement clubs will be disinfected at least 2 times a day.
The facilities will be ventilated before and after school, when possible. Visitors to the interior of the “Central Municipal Market” must wear personal protective equipment, maintaining the necessary distance between people and ventilate every two hours. Monthly maintenance will be carried out on the air conditioning systems of all municipal indoor gyms and all cultural institutes.
