A herd of horses has been walking undisturbed in the space between blocks in the Lyulin 9 district of the capital for days, BGNES reports.
There are several horses and foals with them. However, it is unknown who owns them and why they were released. A witness who sent photos to document what was happening in the capital said one of the animals fled and knocked an elderly woman to the ground after being startled by the noise of a passing car.
Animals create additional preconditions for accidents due to the various playgrounds located in the area, as well as the courtyards of a kindergarten and a school.
Again, according to a reader’s information, the animals caused property damage to the parked cars.
Municipal officials have not yet been identified to take action. The police have been alerted.
