A 20-year-old girl died on the Trakia road. According to unconfirmed information, the girl’s name was Zornitsa D. de Kazanlak and she was a student in Sofia, where she was traveling. The car was moving at breakneck speed, according to the researchers, at more than 150 kilometers per hour. Zornitsa lost control of the steering wheel, rolled over into a ditch, crashed into a tree from there and from the impact the vehicle returned to the ditch.
The girl is not married, she has 2 years of driving experience. She was alone in the car, if there was a partner, she would have died too, investigators told Blitz. The car was so stained that at first the police could not recognize the make and model. The car was recently purchased.
The accident occurred last night at around 8:30 p.m. in the area of kilometer 57 in the lane in the direction of Burgas, in the Pazardzhik area. After receiving the signal, traffic police patrols, an emergency rescue team of firefighters and an ambulance from the regional town were sent to the place. Firefighters had to cut up the vehicle to remove the girl’s body.
