Protest action titled “Turkish Stream” – the new “Rosenets”! “Let’s stop the robbery and the mafia!” , which lays the pipes through which Russian gas will reach Europe.

According to the organizers, Prime Minister Borissov has assured Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan that the construction of the Turkish stream through Bulgaria will be completed by the end of this year, and that is why he has frantically seized power. They claim that it is not a Saudi company but Russians who are carrying out the construction work.

BOEC took over the case a few days ago. According to them, the Russian company IDC, which is building “Balkan Stream” in Bulgaria, has managed to negotiate a rent of 10 stotinki per square meter for its base near Brusartsi, “Aktualno” quotes them. Hence, they add that the company receives 10,000 BGN for the laying of a linear meter of gas pipeline. As proof of the claim, BOEC published the decision of the Brusartsi City Council. That is where the price is written. However, there is no document indicating that the Russian company actually receives 10,000 BGN for the construction of one meter of pipeline.
