A massive fight ended the match between Granit Vladaya and Velbuzhd Kyustendil of the 10th round of the Southwest Third League. The melee started in the stands around minute 75 with a score of 0: 0. The match was extremely correct, although Deyan Raykov received a red card from the hosts. The insulting comments between a fan and Granit captain Georgi Gaydarov ignited the spark for a fight.
After the verbal shooting of threats and insults, the defender left the field to address the fan in question. Very quickly, the showdown turned into a massive fight, involving at least 35-40 people. Several players from both teams tried to divide the participants, but without success. Referee Nikolay Ramunski stopped the match, and with his assistants they complained to BFU delegate Plamen Iliev that they also received melee hits and will not continue the match.
Group rookie Granit Vladaya is expected to take a serious penalty for excesses during the suspended match.
