Action “Drugs”. They vandalized a drug gang involved in the production, possession and distribution of drugs in large quantities. It is about 250 kilograms of amphetamines, for a total value of more than one and a half million leva. Chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev was the first to announce the action on his Twitter account. The prosecution has prosecuted the four detainees during the speculation.

The four detainees faced the court, which ruled that all remain in custody. The reason: if they are released, they can commit a new crime. Among those who appeared in court today was Viktor Ivanov, better known as Victor Russia. According to the researchers, he is the leader of the group.
Earlier today it became clear that since 2018 they are working to expose the group, and undercover police officers have been used for this purpose. And on the day of the arrest of the accused, 250 kg of drugs were found.
The organized criminal group is involved in drug trafficking and distribution mainly in two districts of the capital: “Lyulin” and “Nadezhda”. It literally worked up to the time of the accident and Wednesday. Then 52 addresses were searched and 15 people were arrested.

There are four participants in the broken criminal group. One of them is a juicy leader. Another was involved in drug storage and a third had a network of distributors to distribute finished products, the CDCOC explained. One of the detainees was captured at the time of closing a deal for 6,000 pills destined for the Sofia market. The total amount of drugs found is about 250 kilograms, mostly amphetamines. 2 drug laboratories have also been opened.
All the detainees have been known to the Ministry of the Interior for a long time, and their activity has been at least since 2018, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.

The focus of an order issued by Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev is precisely the prevention of the spread of drugs in the country’s schools.
Of those arrested, only four are charged. Among them is the alleged leader of the group: Victor Russia. Today in court, the four exercised their right to have the last words before the panel. Only one categorically denied any wrongdoing. And the others asked for a lighter measure of restraint. Today’s decision is not final and can be appealed.
