TO The Supreme Administrative Prosecutor’s Office (VAP) referred the Minister for the Environment and Water and the Head of the National Directorate for Construction Control (DNCC) to appoint an inspection of construction activities in the Polyanite area in the village of Sinemorets, whose limits are in the Strandzha Nature Park.
A file was formed in the VAP based on information in the media, in which it is mentioned that RIEW-Burgas in violation of the law continues to issue dozens of private permits for the construction of the municipality of Tsarevo, falling into the Natural Park Strandzha, town of Polianita in the village of Sinemorets.
In the media information, it is also stated that for the approved detailed development plans (DDP), issued pursuant to art. 110 of the Spatial Planning Law (SPA), for the period 2017 to June 2020 the construction of 32 plots is expected.
During the inspection, the Ministry of Environment and Water (MoEW) and the DNCK must establish whether construction actions have been carried out and continue to be carried out on the respective plots of land in the town of Polianita in the village of Sinemorets.
During the inspection, it must be clear whether an evaluation of the probable degree of negative impact on protected areas has been carried out, in accordance with the characteristics of the investment proposals. It is also necessary to clarify the observance of the specific rules of the Black Sea Coast Development Law.
