The new cameras are on a tripod and are distributed in Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, Ruse and Lovech. This means that they are portable and will detect intruders from different and surprising places at all times. They will be able to shoot for speeding both day and night.
They have been tested by the police for a little over a month to make sure they don’t make mistakes when they come into use. The difference with known cameras in our country is that they will be able to detect exactly how fast each car is moving and incorrect overtaking.
