TO The Belgrade Supreme Court has allowed the extradition of the former owner of the bankrupt CCB, Tsvetan Vassilev, Serbian media reported.
According to the court, all legal conditions for Vassilev’s transfer to the Bulgarian judicial authorities have been fulfilled, BNT reports.
The decision is based on an extradition request sent by the Bulgarian prosecutor’s office in the fall of 2014.
This decision is of the first instance and within three days Tsvetan Vassilev’s lawyers can appeal it to the Court of Appeal.
