According to participants, the agency violated journalistic regulations and used defamation in protests against the prime minister and attorney general. The demonstration was held under the title “The Truth About Trash,” BNR reported.
The organizers of the event are the Facebook groups “Eagle’s Nest” and “Civil Squares”, as well as the associations “Fighter” and “Public Control”.
The protesters spoke in support of freedom of expression. The counter-protesters also defended this, defending the media with banners: “No hands on freedom of expression.” The two groups were separated by a cordon of policemen.
