A petrochemical will be owned by a lady! This became clear after today’s meeting of the City Council in Burgas, reports KotaSport.com.
Municipal councilors voted in favor of transferring 82% of Neftohimik shares owned by the Burgas municipality to Anelia Zlatkova. 26 of the local MPs voted “in favor”, 9 – “against” and 7 – “abstained”. Therefore, it will buy the majority stake in the “sheiks” for BGN 1.
Anelia Zlatkova has stated that she can provide new sponsors to the club to bring new resources. However, for this she had requested at least 25% of the shares for herself or for the new partners. In the course of the conversation, however, a proposal was reached for her to receive the complete municipal package for BGN 1, committing to support the company and gradually begin to pay off the debts.
Now the deal should be legally formalized and ready for the club’s next General Assembly on October 20. Until now, Anelia Zlatkova was a member of the Board of Directors of PFC Neftohimik.
However, as we have already announced, the group of fans of the “sheikhs” called “Ultra Nafta”, however, uses their Facebook account to express their dissatisfaction with the election of Anelia Zlatkova.
