He also criticized the CEC’s decision to take responsibility for the rental or purchase of voting machines. This was an escape from the responsibility of parliament.
At the same time, the legislator deprived the CEC of announcing a contractor for the computer processing of voters and electoral data, fully imputing this activity to the AD Information Services, ignoring a series of provisions for the competitive start of business and the prevention of monopolistic and unjust abuses. competition, “Radev added.
