Champion Ludogorets removed current number one Beroe from the top of the elite rankings, defeating him in a match on matchday seven of the First League.
The clash, which was awaited with great interest after Zaralii’s good performance, ended with a victory for Razgrad with 2: 0.
Claudiu Kesheru and Cicinho were right in favor of the winners.
Stara Zagora had their chances in the match, but luck was not on their side and the difficult weather conditions prevented them from showing the best of their abilities.

At the beginning of the match, Stara Zagora’s guests in several separate cases attempted to annoy the champions with attacks from the wings. Erivaldo, this time from the first minute of the game, had been in charge of passing his teammates in the penalty area, making his way down the right wing. His efforts were unsuccessful.
The hosts’ first serious attempt to disrupt the rival defense came through Oliveira, who nevertheless fired inaccurately.
In the 14th minute Angelov dropped Nedyalkov in the Razgrad penalty area. The ball was then sent into Plamen Iliev’s net, but the referee’s signal had already sounded. The violation meant that there was no recognized goal for Stara Zagora.

120 seconds later, at a time when Beroe appeared to be on the rise, Ludogorets made a quick attack, Kesheru received from a close distance to Vassilev and did not make a mistake, giving his team the advantage.
Beroe’s goalkeeper had several unconvincing interventions, including calling for a yellow card, stopping Cowley’s attack outside of his penalty area.
In the 23rd minute Dominik Yankov drew attention again during the season, after with an impeccable assist he put the national Cicinho in front of the rival base and the defender did not make a mistake, and the champion’s advantage doubled.
Beroe attempted a final round for the first half to return at least one of the goals, but the efforts of Fall, Mackouta and Erivaldo were unsuccessful.
Instead, Kesheru’s pass to Tekpetei might have made Stara Zagora desperate, but to his delight, one of the fastest players in our championship couldn’t play the ball properly and sent it off.
In the second half it was time for the tactical game between the two coaches.

Razgrad’s team will play perhaps their most important game of the season on Thursday. Then, the “eagles” will visit the Belarusian champion Dynamo (Brest) and if they succeed they will participate once again in the group stage of the Europa League.
