Top Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov climbed three spots and returned to the top 20 of the world rankings before the start of “Roland Garros” on Sunday.
Dimitrov, who reached the quarterfinals of the Masters tournament in Rome last week, is now 19th in the ATP rankings with 2,055 points.
There are no dislocations in the forehead. The leader of the ranking with 11,260 points is still Serbian Novak Djokovic, who won the fifth title in the Italian capital. The second is Rafael Nadal with 9850 points, and the third is the new US Open champion Dominic Thiem (Austria) with 9125 points.
Canadian Denis Shapovalov entered the top 10 for the first time. He reached the semifinals in Rome and is now 10th in the world with 2,660 points.
