The European Commission regularly and fully reimburses the amounts of the EAGF and the EAFRD to the State Fund “Agriculture”, the fund announced.
For the current calendar year so far, the amount of subsidies reimbursed is almost 1,000 million euros / 997,935,367 euros /. Of these, EUR 769,963,833 were returned to SFA under direct payments and agricultural market mechanisms, which are financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund.
The last tranche is from September 3 for an amount of 430,569 euros. The total amount of grants reimbursed under the PDR is 227,971,534 euros, and the last tranche of them was transferred on August 18 of this year. and amounts to 82,292,382 euros, according to the statement.
Funding for the RDP comes from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The SFA administration states that the funds declared by the fund are 100 percent reimbursed by the EC and there is no delay in their payment.
