RHI Veliko Tarnovo has lifted the quarantine of the entire team of “boyars”
The match was highly questionable and highly likely to be postponed, after it became apparent yesterday that several Veliko Tarnovo players and employees tested positive for COVID-19.
For this reason, the entire Etar team was quarantined by RHI – Veliko Tarnovo. Earlier today, however, it was decided to release the “boys” from quarantine and for the match to take place.

In the 25th minute, Lokomotiv went ahead with a goal from Dimitar Iliev. Nikolay Nikolaev found Parviz Umarbaev in the penalty area, the Tajik crossed to the second crossbar, where Iliev shot with his head from a few meters. Anatoli Gospodinov managed to score, but with the addition of the forward there was nothing to do – 0: 1.
Seven minutes later, the guest captain made a serious mistake after a pass from Momchil Tsvetanov. Chico centers on the ground in the penalty area, where Iliev tries to technically transfer Gospodinov. However, the ball went out.
Seconds later, Ether matched. Stelian Dobrev connected several of the invited players. The young man released Borukov, who from a few meters left Lukov with no chances by 1: 1.
In the 39th minute, Umarbayev tried to surprise the “boys” goalkeeper with a direct free kick, but Gospodinov succeeded. Seconds later, the hosts demanded a penalty after a shot from Milcho Angelov, which hit Milos Petrovic on the elbow. However, the defender’s hands were together and there was no reason for head referee Georgi Nikolov to signal the white spot.
In the third minute of added time in the first half, Umarbaev crossed from a corner, and Dinish Almeida soared above everyone and with his head again gave Plovdiv a lead.
The second half began with a long-range shot from Christian Ilyich, which Gospodinov managed to deflect. In the 59th minute, Birsent Karagaren, who came to half-time, shot to the ground, but did not obstruct Eter’s guard.
In the 74th minute, the “boys” were close to a tying goal. Anton Ognyanov centered in the area, where Preslav Borukov overtook Tsvetanov, but shot dangerously over the gate.
In the 79th minute, the hosts were left with one man short after Ognyanov received a second yellow card to challenge the referee’s decision. Two minutes later, Lokomotiv reserve Valentino Puliese fouled and was officially warned for the second time in the match. Thus, the two teams finished the match with 10 people on the field.
In the 82nd minute, Borukov dropped the ball for Angelov in the penalty area, but Lukov deflected the forward’s shot.
Four minutes later, the Smurfs scored a third goal. Salinas received in the penalty area and sent a parallel pass to Georgi Minchev, who directed the ball into the door.
