Levski defeated the rookie in the First League FC CSKA 1948 in a match on matchday 6 of the championship.
The “Gerena” match ended with a score of 3: 0. Nasiru Mohamed and twice Borislav Tsonev matched for the winners.
The Blues achieved their third consecutive victory in the championship. For their part, the “reds” were successful in the last round against Montana, but today fate was not on their side.

The first half passed under the dictation of the hosts. The away team players left longer than their own half of the field after about half an hour of play.
Until now, the supremacy of the “blues” was total.
The actions of the citizens of Sofia encountered serious resistance from the strong defense of FC CSKA 1948, but they often cracked under constant pressure.

In the 55th minute, however, the locals managed to double their lead. Borislav Tsonev was right, who received a pass from Spiers at a very serious distance from the goal, but decided to shoot, leaving no chances for the point guard, rising to 2-0.
In the 62nd minute Tsonev was brought down in the penalty area. The referee did not hesitate and pointed to the white spot.
Behind the ball was the injured footballer of the “blues”, who hit for the second time today, deciding at first glance everything in the game with his 3-0 goal.
Fifteen minutes before the end, Mohamed could have scored a second goal, but did not find the profile of the rival goal, and on the counterattack Mihailov made two great saves, not allowing the veteran Kamburov to sign.
There was no new change in the result and so Levski continues his convincing performance in the national championship.
