Those infected are elementary school teachers, one of whom is a class teacher and the other two are classroom educators.
All three had no contact with the students, as symptoms appeared before the start of the school year, Dariknews reported.
A teacher was diagnosed with the infection during her leave, which means she had no contact with colleagues or students, the principal said.
