“Tsveta Karayancheva has just been banned. She told us to go for a walk in the street for a small need,” explained Vera Ivanova, who is also at the scene, indignantly. The child’s mother could not believe that a person in such a high position he will demonstrate such rude behavior towards people with disabilities.
