A man set his wife on fire while she was sleeping

A man from the village of Tri Kladentsi in Vratsa set his wife on fire while she was sleeping. Last night, shortly after 9 p.m., a neighbor of the family encountered a sinister spectacle. The woman was burning in the courtyard of the family home and was trying to extinguish herself.

According to NOVA sources, this is not the 52-year-old man’s first attack against the 45-year-old woman with whom he lives at the family level. Some time ago, he cut her hair and even tried to drown her in a nearby dam. That night, the man chased his son with his hair to kill him. He did the same with his oldest son years ago, forcing him to leave his parents’ home.

After fiery revenge for his wife, the man continued to wave the blade of her hair and threaten everyone he met. He managed to escape during the night, but this morning the police found him and arrested him.

The man was criminally exposed and sentenced to prison. The woman had more than 90% burns and was transferred to Pirogov.
