In the photos you can clearly see how the German vehicle dusts and overtakes several cars. Among network users, however, dissatisfaction arose not only with the act of the BMW driver, but also with the other participants in the traffic. They criticized their teammates on the road for occupying the left lane without overtaking, and this blocked traffic.
The emergency lane on highways is often used by nervous drivers who are always in a hurry to get somewhere. The number of violators increases during the holidays and in areas where repair work is carried out. Accidents are rare in such a violation, but in most cases they lead to a fatal outcome.
The emergency lane is not designed for passing, resting, and parking. This avoids the passage of vehicles with a special traffic regime.
The penalty for movement in the emergency lane, in the case of a first offense, is BGN 1000 and 3 months of deprivation of the driving license.
