Don’t forget hydrating cosmetics and seasonal fruits

Is there a letter “r” in the name of the month? The cold has arrived. Well, September is here and we will, we will not, we have to adapt to cold days and longer nights. But let’s face it, transitioning from casual summer, ethereal fabrics, and cold cocktails to thick clothing, rainy days and nights, and more homely nights is no easy feat. Here’s how to smoothly switch to drop mode.

Scented candles. Apple, pumpkin, cinnamon, chocolate are scents that create the feeling of autumn and comfort. Buy some of those candles and place them in your home, and in the evening, while reading a book, watching a movie, or snuggling with your partner in a dreamy conversation with someone about how the day was, turn on the fragrant decor. In this way you will subconsciously charge yourself with a positive attitude for the fall.

Fruit bowl or basket with seasonal fruits. A bowl with delicious juicy apples, pears and grapes looks not only very beautiful in the room, but also extremely appetizing. If you find really juicy and fragrant fruits, the whole room will smell like the autumn of our childhood. Shop in the fall and find a place in your home. Once you try it, you won’t be so sad about last summer.

Leaves and twigs. For many people the fallen leaves are a symbol of something dying and sad, for others they are a perfect ending to the autumn decoration of their home. Whether you carelessly sprinkle them around the room or gather them in a vase or fruit bowl, it is still beautiful and brings a fall atmosphere. It is a matter of taste and the amount of leaves available, and you can get them in an easy, pleasant and free way walking through the nearest park or grove. You can also replace them with artificial leaves, which are sold in all stores for decoration and home needs.

Moisturizing masks. Your skin also needs preparation and you will probably soon feel that it will become drier, paler, more sensitive. So get masks or moisturizers to anticipate these processes and nourish your skin beforehand. This will also protect you from premature aging.

Change your shower gel. If you are one of those people who like to frequently change their shower gels and choose their fragrance according to the season, go for a more autumnal fragrance and a more hydrating texture. If you don’t like cheating on your favorite shower gel, add post-shower moisturizing milk or body lotion to your preparations for the day. The skin of the body is as important as the skin of the face.

Get out your favorite fall jackets, scarves, and clothes. During the day it is still warm and pleasant, but the mornings and nights are definitely not hot enough to be comfortable and warm in just a dress or a T-shirt. So it’s time to pull out vests, jackets, scarves, and long-sleeved clothing to add to your outfit this season. You will be surprised how many good things are in your wardrobe and you have forgotten them. Check your pockets thoroughly. There may be a forgotten ticket somewhere waiting for you, one of your favorite moments of surprise when the season changes.
