Hundreds of people gathered in the “Triangle of Power” on Monday night to demand for the 68th time the resignations of Prime Minister Borissov, the government and Attorney General Geshev.
Today we send a lawsuit to the Sofia District Court against Karayancheva, announced lawyer Nikolay Hadjigenov from the rostrum. The reason – his statement to bTV on Friday that the mafia and the oligarchs are funding the “Trio Veneno” and the protests.
At the same time, lawyer Hadjigenov announced that at this time the donations for the protest have reached 95,000 BGN.
Tomorrow we will write a detailed report and publish it, he added.
SPIEGEL wrote today about the extradited Turkish citizens. This extradition, which we later learned from the Turkish press, was carried out by Borisov in collaboration with Tsatsarov. A week later, four more Turkish citizens were literally kidnapped and extradited, Nikolai Hadjigenov said.
Information war against protest
An information war is being waged against us. Lies are spread about financing, about bottles of incendiary liquid, about weapons. Rafael Alvarado, author of the article in the Spanish newspaper ABC, turned out to have the surname Dimitrov. He lives in the Yavorov neighborhood. And the journalist Martin Georgiev of the newspaper “Sega” was summoned today to sing in the SDVR, because he asked the Ministry of the Interior: Why was a police officer armed with boxing? Why are there dangerous inscriptions on police uniforms? The Ministry of the Interior always works like this: when you accuse them, they call the whistleblower and start spitting on him. Martin Georgiev said “I want a lawyer” and left. And he did the right thing, Hadjigenov explained.
My thanks to the brave journalists who filmed the events during the protest. They showed that not only paid journalism has a place in Bulgaria. Thank you! – said lawyer Mincho Spasov.
And Arman Babikyan announced: Peevski meets with “cats” and negotiates funding for future political projects. We know what you’re doing, Mr. Peevski!
Message also in English
From the rostrum, Pepi Pisarski from “Atlas” addressed the EPP leaders in Bulgarian and English: By supporting the dictator Borissov’s regime, you are supporting corruption. This will affect your constituents. You don’t need this clown. And we don’t need it. But I heard that Bai Stavri is interested in him!
The protest also booed Fandakova.
Every year, despite claims of how good we are at GERB, there are no kindergartens in Sofia for 9,000-10,000 children, said Arman Babikyan of the Poison Trio.
Images with 2018 and 2020 pledges of Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova for new kindergartens were projected in the building of the former party house. The footage prompted the chanted “Resignation” of the mayor of Sofia.
At 9:30 p.m., the procession left for Orlov Most.
