The attacker tried to hide in a friend’s closet, but the police found her.
His version at first instance in district court was that Jordan tripped and stabbed himself.
Witness Dushko Abadjiev was questioned today before the appeals court, who pointed out that Jordan had taught his lover to drink.
“She was a waitress and took all her money. He beat her, we saved her many times. 5-6 years ago, after the beating, Mariana had a cataract and she can no longer see with one eye,” Abadjiev said. According to him, under pressure from Ivanov, the woman sold her mother’s apartment. With the money, Jordan took his partner to Mount Athos and told his acquaintances that they would be treated for alcoholism.
Eventually they both continued drinking, which led to the fateful night.
