The left-wing Slavia – Zlatomir Zagorcic, has started negotiations for a CSKA 1948 coach, claims “Match Telegraph”. At the moment, the Reds are led by Yordan Yurukov, but the potential of the team and the ambitions of the management suggest a more experienced and successful coach to lead the team.
The season started with native soccer legend Krassimir Balakov, but after the first four games it was decided to take over as CEO. After information about a meeting between Zagorcic and Tsvetomir Naidenov appeared on various websites, the sponsor of the “reds” wrote on his wall:
“Just having coffee, talking about football and getting to know each other. That’s it. Maybe one day we will bring a foreigner, but we have to test all Bulgarians before that.”
Zagorcic left Slavia after losing to CSKA-Sofia for the championship, otherwise the Serbian specialist has become the most successful coach of the “whites” this century. The publication recalls that Zagi is also on Levski’s accounts, where Georgi Todorov is in charge, who is a temporary option for a coach.
