About 62% of Bulgarians support the protests, 30% of the people do not support them. This was stated in the morning block of BTV by the sociologist Dimitar Ganev of “Trend”.
“The supporters of the GERB are firm, they do not support the protests. There are two clear poles, and Borisov is in a kind of vise, between the demand for resignation and the support of his supporters,” said the sociologist.
47% of respondents say early parliamentary elections are needed, 37% say otherwise. The majority of Bulgarians believe that the protests will not lead to the resignation of the government.
37% of people say there is no need for a new Constitution, 34% of Bulgarians don’t know it and only 29% answer “yes”.
There is a decrease in support for GERB, which, however, does not lead to an increase in the percentage of BSP.
If the elections were today – 23.8% would vote for GERB, 23.4% for BSP, followed by – “There is such a town” with 15.9%, MRF with 10.4% and DB with 9.9 %
“The configuration for the next parliament is difficult, according to these data. At least three formations must have an agreement to form a cabinet,” concluded Dimitar Ganev.
