The 64th day of protests began with demonstrations in the early morning. To avoid provocations, the organizers spread a tape between the protesters and the police from the beginning.
“This is the thin red line between us and the government. We watch the police. We are not afraid,” said one of the organizers.
And the police were well prepared. The National Assembly was surrounded by police and gendarmerie. Three ambulances were parked at the entrance.

Shortly before noon, the protesters addressed the Council of Ministers. In procession, they carried a huge national flag in front of the building.
Meanwhile, lawmakers began their session by shouting “Resignation” under the building’s windows, but gathered a quorum.
