The new rehabilitation center for children with oncohematological diseases in the municipality of Kostinbrod it is the third of its kind in Europe. His construction begins in 2018, for which 3 million and 700 thousand BGN have been provided. under the Rural Development Program and received a grant from the Municipality of Kostinbrod in the amount of BGN 750,000. The sustainability of the project is ensured thanks to funding from the Norwegian program.

The center includes seven houses, which will house families, a hotel, a sports center, a dining room, a kitchen and meeting rooms. Its total capacity is for 40 people. A chapel was built at the base.
