French soccer star Killian Mbape tested positive for coronavirus. The news was announced by the French Football Federation. Mbape has been quarantined and will miss the next match of the Nations League tournament against Croatia.
The 21-year-old Mbape scored the only goal in France’s 1-0 win over Sweden on Saturday at the start of the second edition of the Nations League.
In recent weeks, several players from Mbape’s club team, Paris Saint-Germain, have tested positive for COVID-19, including Neymar and Angel di Maria.
