A list of items that every practical woman should have in her purse.

Wallet, documents, wet and dry wipes, maybe lipstick and a mirror. These are some of the most common elements in a bag, although every woman is different in character, taste for bags and a list of must-have things to carry in them. However, there is hardly anyone with a light bag, ask the men. And let’s be honest, in most cases the contents of the bag, which is supposed to be an accessory, is more than unnecessary. However, there are things that are practical and necessary for almost every busy woman, but are never present in the bag. Here are some ideas.

Hair band. Even if you don’t have long hair, all women should. It can be helpful if you tighten your jeans after a good lunch and use them to fasten them, running an elastic band through the buttonhole and then the button. You gain 3 to 4 centimeters, which can save you headaches or discomfort throughout the day. Other than that, an elastic band is a practical item if you need to fasten something at the office or just attend to a colleague.

Nail polish. It is best to be colorless. With it you can “tighten” the glasses that have been widened by use, carefully applying the nail polish exactly in the places between the frames and the glasses. The sticky liquid will join the two parts and the glasses will fit better on your face. Also, the nail polish will do the job of putting a stitch in your pantyhose – fix both ends of the torn part with a drop and you will know that it will stay only in these parameters.

Stapler. This amazing invention has dozens of applications beyond what we all know about documentation. It doesn’t take up much space, but it can save you awkward moments, like a sudden tearing of your bra clasp if a button or strap falls off before an important meeting. Then use the clip to join the two straps in a hiccup shape and you are sure that no one will know the color of your underwear. The paper clip does a perfect job even if part of the zipper breaks and you can’t lift it into your jeans or pants. Attach it to the base of the zipper and pull up.

Double sided tape. A button fell off, an embroidered hem fell, a painting fell in the office, even a heel fell on the shoe minutes before you left. They all have the same solution: double-sided tape. Keep a little cut in your bag and you will always find what else you can use it for in a hot time.

Instant glue. It also does a great job in the above cases, but it is much more sustainable. However, there is a problem: you have to be careful not to burst your packaging, because all the clutter in your bag in a matter of seconds will merge into something large that will not work at all after that.

Scissors. From an embroidered thread to a broken nail, they always fix it with scissors. Plus, you will easily unpack a shipment at the courier or remove the tag from something you took along the way and you don’t want your husband to know exactly how much she has damaged the family budget.

Swiss knife. It can also replace scissors, and there are many other useful applications depending on the model you choose. If there’s one with a corkscrew, take it. You never know where and when you will have to open a bottle of wine on a happy occasion.
A pinch. It can be anything from a simple hairpin to a space or envelope clip. They all do the same job: If you buy a packet of nuts you can’t eat before the next meeting, have candy in your purse, or urgently need to fix something at the last minute, the pinch will do it all.

Something sweet. Sugar, chocolate or energy bar, it doesn’t matter. It is important to have it on hand, especially if you have low blood pressure and often feel unwell from the heat. The jam will “lift” you immediately. Or in cases where you forgot to have sugar with coffee in the morning. Plus, it can always satisfy your beastly appetite until you arrive somewhere with delicious food and drink, rather than cramming what you see in front of you.

Reusable bag. You must be tired of buying plastic bags every time you go to the supermarket, then picking them up in another bag just in case, and finally polluting nature by throwing them away. That is why it is more practical to have a duffel bag in your bag. It is practical, comfortable, it does not break, no matter how congested it is, it is washable and opaque, which should not be neglected either.

Felt-tipped ballpoint pen. If you need to write something right away, someone has scratched your car in the parking lot, or your shoe is peeling and you don’t want it to show, you can always cover the tracks with a marker of the correct color. If you also have a small child who has to stay at your job or get bored during your meeting, a fulmaster “set” and two or three napkins on which to paint his masterpieces would also help a lot.
