The man was charged with two counts of causing minor bodily harm to a police officer during the performance of his duties or in relation to him and of vandalism accompanied by resistance against a public authority.

One of the defendants was released because the court found his accusation unfounded. Another person was released on bail of BGN 300.

According to the prosecution, the detainees used force against the police. His family members denied the accusations.
