Two members of the BG Radio team, Atanas Stoyanov, host of the program “Favorite Songs for Favorite People”, and general manager and popular journalist Simeon Kolev, former husband of TV star Mariana Vekilska, are infected with Kovid-19.
The two intercepted the “crown” of the annual music awards ceremony on the radio, which took place on July 4 at the Old Theater in Plovdiv.

A few days after the concert, media bosses learned that their subordinates had been in contact with infected fans and technical staff and decided to do a free trial of all employees.
Only Nasko and Simeon Kolev tested positive, who were immediately placed in a 14-day quarantine at their homes. The presenters showed absolutely no symptoms and didn’t even need antibiotic treatment, say their colleagues, Weekend writes.
The most unpleasant were the inspections by RHI Sofía, who called them twice a day, and the policemen made them appear on the balconies to make sure they were complying with the quarantine. It is not known if there are infected singers, as no one was willing to investigate them, her colleagues commented silently.
Itzo Hazarta, Miro, Victoria, Poli Genova, Dara, Lubo Kirov, Stanley, Grafa, the duo “Riton”, Mihaela Marinova and others participated in the concert in Plovdiv. Some fans, mostly teenagers, are also concerned that they have contracted the virus.
